Medical Consult & Treatment Plan

The first step in any successful program is a plan.  Our Medical Treatment Plan consists of:

  • A one-hour initial consultation with Theresa Germano, a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner
  • A review of medical history and behavior assessment
  • Blood panels, thyroid and hormone levels
  • An InBody Composition Analysis
  • A 30-minute follow up appointment to discuss lab results and your customized medical treatment plan
  • Consultation with patient concierge team to create your personalized holistic experience based on our Four Pillar Beliefs.

Treatment plans may include prescriptions not limited to Ozempic®  and Wegovy® (Semaglutide)

Nutrition

Fuel yourself.

Nutrition is a critical component in any plan. LMG’s team of nutrition specialists will guide and coach you so you feel confident and in control of the way you fuel your body. We believe that losing weight is more than just numbers on a scale. Developing a healthy mindset and making smart food choices based on your individual health and lifestyle are your keys to success. By making healthier choices, you’ll be able to indulge in those occasional lifestyle splurges of a delicious piece of chocolate cake or a glass of Cabernet, without the guilt.

Making time to get yourself moving is important to a healthy mind and body. Our fitness experts know that one of the main keys to your success is the ability to fit exercise into your busy schedule.  We’ve partnered with CoreFitness, recognized as one of the top 10 virtual workout classes in the United States, and the premier alternative to traditional gyms. You’ll have access to virtual boot camps, personal training classes and specialty series that are designed to help you meet your wellness goals. Whether you currently have a gym membership or you need a little motivation to start with a virtual program at home, the LMG Wellness Team is prepared to help you on your journey.
