Liz Grad Murphy is currently the Business Operations Director for Lackawanna Medical Group, LMG Cosmetics, and LMG Wellness. Liz left her career in corporate America in 2021 to bring her skills and experiences to help continue her father’s legacy and life work as a physician and owner of one of the longest, privately held medical groups in Northeastern Pennsylvania.

After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in communications, Liz began her career working for public and privately owned staffing companies, managing teams and driving overall sales strategy and client satisfaction. Most recently, she spent the last fifteen years working in Human Resources and Business Operations for two Fortune 50 financial services companies. She has led teams in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Business Strategy and Transformation.
Liz believes strongly in the power of a positive culture, the magic of building high-performing teams, and the endless pursuit to achieve an outstanding customer/patient experience.
She lives in Clarks Summit, PA with her husband and two children.
